Residences at Brent: the Place to Stay in Baguio City

It’s almost time for the long weekend again, and as a Baguio native, it’s safe to assume that a lot of tourists, or people who used to call Baguio City their home plan to spend their breaks with their jackets -or at least sweatshirts -in the beautiful city of Pines. With hikes, food crawls, tourist spots to visit, or simply a walk to appreciate the beauty of nature planned, a day wouldn’t be enough to maximize the ultimate Baguio experience. Part of this experience is having a place that can accommodate you and your family. If you’re looking to invest in a property with an ideal location and great amenities, the Residences at Brent offers a community that is as close to the unique Baguio experience as you can get.

I vaguely remember going to Brent International School about 7 or 8 years ago for a basketball meet. I was amazed by their amenities then. Never have I expected to be back again, not for another basketball meet, but for the launching of Forbes Hall, the third building at Residences at Brent.

The Residences at Brent- Forbes Hall

Forbes Hall is the third of the seven first class, exclusive low-rise buildings to be built by the Willowtree Development Corporation as a joint venture of the Episcopal Church and Brent School and just merely minutes away from the Central Business District (CBD). As someone who’s lived her entire life in Baguio City, having a home near the CBD and still be surrounded by lush pine trees is hard to acquire nowadays.

A Chance to Get in Touch with Nature

Living at Residences at Brent – with a rustic contemporary mountain lodge design as themes for the buildings – can make you forget that you’re in the city. With landscape gardens and panoramic view of pine tress, it will definitely give you the feeling of exclusivity and solidarity that I know a lot of people want to experience especially when they’ve had a long day from work and school.

  1. Superb feature article, the creature-comforts were pleasantly highlighted.Thank you very much!

  2. Nice. When in Baguio, it does not feel right not to be surrounded by trees and nature. As a matter of fact, that is a premium in the national capital region where new developers are going greener, not only with trees and plants, but the ecosystem as well.

Looks like a good property for people who want to invest or have a summer home there.

  3. Looks like a great place to live, with just the right number of neighbors around. I like that the property is surrounded by nature where you can go and have a nice picnic with your friends.

  4. The place looks awesome. My tito owns a condo there in Baguio but it doesn’t look as good as the ones you posted hehe. Great post! Thanks for sharing 🙂
